Welcome to Little Artistas. My name is Mar and I am from Spain. I believe in the transformative power of art and I share this creative power of art with children through Little Artistas.
In 1999, I founded Little Artistas where I teach children aged 5-18+. My goal is to make art accessible and enjoyable to children. I introduce children to basic composition and painting techniques using an easy-to-follow step-by-step approach. In class, we learn to use different medium, including acrylic, water colours and charcoal. We also study artworks by great masters. Over the past years, many Little Artistas have acquired a strong foundation in art and they have produced amazing paintings. Some of my students have displayed their works at exhibitions, and many have been successful in raising funds from these activities to contribute to charities. I am very pleased to see my students use their talents to help others.
